Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Runlo ("Runlo," "we," "us,") handles payments and refunds for subscriptions to the Runlo service (the "Service"). By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions are non-refundable
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or unused features after a payment has been processed.
This applies to recurring monthly or annual charges and to any other subscription or plan fees charged through Runlo or our payment processors, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Free trial
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged for the Service during the trial period according to the terms shown at signup or checkout. When the trial ends, your selected plan may renew at the published price unless you cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription, as described in the product flow and your account settings.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or billing settings (or as otherwise instructed in the Service). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, unless we state otherwise in the Service.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal for a charge you authorized, we may suspend or close your account and dispute the chargeback with our payment provider. We encourage you to contact us first at the email below so we can help resolve billing questions.
Errors and required refunds
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate billing or a technical failure), contact us promptly at the email below. We will review good-faith claims. If we confirm an error on our side, we will correct it, which may include a refund or account credit as appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction where those laws require a different outcome.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
